Prepping Your Space for Breathwork

You will need:
- Eye mask - If you don't have one, you can use a shirt, scarf or any piece of fabric to cover the eyes.
- Mat/Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on (you can do a session on your bed, but it may trigger sleepiness)
- Pillow to put under head
- Headphones - (can use speaker but sound will be more immersive with headphones or earbuds)
Optional but recommended:
- Water bottle - heavy breathing can cause thrist, good to have nearby
- Tissues
- Extra pillows to put on either side of your body, or under your legs (personal preference). Pillows are great for releasing anger (or holding onto for comfort/cuddling).
- Chapstick - mouth may start to feel dry with heavy breathing
