What is "Breathwork"?
"Breathwork" is an umbrella term used to define consciously using your breath to bring awareness to the present moment and change your inner state.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive enviroment. Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious ego mind will soften, allowing us to tune into our body's natural wisdom to help heal stress, past wounds, and traumas.
